I am currently preparing for the Miss Teen USA competition, which will be held in July, in sunny Orlando, Florida.  In addition to my school courses,  playing softball for our varsity team and so much more.  As you can see I am a very busy girl.

Active as I am, I still try to work so that I can help my parents pay for things like my auto insurance, school supplies, hay for my horse, personal items and such.  My parents work very hard trying to help me with all my endeavors and I feel the least I could do is try to help them as much as possible.

That is why I am writing you this letter.  I humbly request your assistance so that I will be able to attend this function and represent the great state of Nevada.  I am seeking sponsors so that the cost of attending this function does not completely come from my parents.  While I know that they would gladly do it, this is something that I would like to prove that I could accomplish with minimal help from them.

As you are aware, the price of gas has brought airline tickets to an all time high, and that is only a very small portion of what it is going to take to attend this event.  So if you are able to help in any way I would be very appreciative.
