AFFIRMATIONS

How AFFIRMATIONS WORK

Affirmations--like creative visualization-- work because everything inside and outside of us is, at its essence, energy, vibrating at different speeds. Thoughts and feelings are a finer thinner more changeable energy while matter is a thicker slower energy. Two basic laws operate:

-- Energies of the same quality and vibration are attracted to each other. Like a magnet we draw to us what we think about.

-- Form always follows ideas. We create in our minds before we manifest it in matter. The composer hears the music in her head, then writes it down, then performs it.

The old adage you are what you eat should really be, you become what you think/feel about. Whatever we believe in, expect, focus our energies on is the lense to our reality.

"I remember my accomplishments and feel good about my life."

"I fall. I get up. I go on.
Life is wondrous!"
