Ten Things You Can Do Before Bedtime To Pamper Your Skin

1. Massage your entire body with moisturizer or massage oil and let it be absorbed overnight. It's best to wear an old T-shirt to bed and wipe off any excess oil before getting between the sheets.
2. Apply cuticle oil or vitamin E oil to your cuticles and then hand cream to the rest of your hands.
3. Soak two chamomile teabags in warm water. When they cool, place the bags over your eyes and let them sit for a few minutes. It will refresh and relax the skin around your eyes.
4. Use a moisturizing cream or oil on your throat and let it absorb overnight. Remember to apply it with a delicate touch.
5. For dry, chapped lips, coat them with a tiny bit of vegetable or salad oil. Gently rub a small amount of sugar over your lips to exfoliate dead skin. Rinse and apply lip balm before going to bed.
